Dear Anna & Koleta,

Bob (Robert) and I would like to thank everyone at The OId Mill for making Bob’s 80th birthday celebration a huge success!

From the day we checked into the hotel on June 21st for two nights to our check out on June 23, everything was perfect.  We loved our suite #204, enjoyed a delicious dinner in the dining room Saturday evening and breakfast in the Canto Caffe & Bar on June 23rd.

The Garden Room and Drawing Room worked out really well for all of our guests, 41 adults, a 9 year old, a 6 year old, 2 toddlers under the age of 2 and 2 babies born in April.

Our luncheon buffet choices were well received – everyone loved the food.  Our wonderful bar-tender did a good job keeping up with drink requests.

Bob and I have attended many functions over the years at the Old Mill.  This is the first time we have held our own personal event and it met all of our expectations and even more!

Anna Zhukova, who took over from Alexa and was a big help organizing and finalizing everything.
Ricardo, at the Front Desk, making our check-in very welcoming.
Koleta Curcija, so helpful on the big day.
Tanya, Banquet Server/Helper: who did a great job & was there the entire afternoon.
Also there was another lady with Tanya but unfortunately I didn’t get her name.
Both ladies were very pleasant to deal with.
Andrew, our Bar Tender, did a fantastic job setting up the entire bar and keeping our guests from getting thirsty.

We received wonderful feed-back from our guests – very impressed with the facility, the grounds, the food and service.

I wanted to thank you and let you now how amazing the team at The Old Mill was on Saturday. The bridal shower was perfect. The food was great and every dietary concern was addressed without impacting the flavours. Rave reviews all around. The service team was exceptional. Wilma and the rest of the team were attentive, taking care of every detail before anyone had time to ask. I am so thankful. It really was a fabulous day.

Our event was spectacular!! Everything was beautiful!! We had so many compliments!! Your staff were amazing, the food was delicious and the setting was perfect. Thank you for making not only our wedding, but our anniversary 25 years latter the most memorable day ever!!

Thank you so much for helping make my Bridal Shower seamless. It was a wonderful day and I received so many compliments. I am very big on customer service which is one of the reasons I decided to move forward with The Old Mill. From day 1 you were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. You made the whole process very easy. I honestly have no feedback to share in regards to areas of opportunity. Everything was exceptional. The staff on the day of the event were 10/10. Food was fantastic. I would book an event here again and also recommend The Old Mill to others.

Everything was beautiful and perfect.. I could not be happier. The food was wonderful and I had so many compliments on it. All our guests were very impressed with everything. I wanted to take an opportunity to thank you and your team for the incredible experience my Sister and I had recently when planning my Father’s Celebration of Life. Initially we met with Ann in the Catering Office. She was positively lovely. Knowing we were going through a difficult time, she was very respectful and sympathetic to our situation. On the day of the event, the Mill Room looked beautiful and was the perfect size for our group. We met the Banquet Team: Koleta, Alex and Dorota. They took such wonderful care of my family and guests, I couldn’t have hoped for anything better. And the food was delicious. I know it must not be easy putting an event like this together in 48 hours, but your team did it perfectly. We are so happy we chose the Old Mill – thank you!

Thank you so much for all your assistance planning the Celebration of Life!! Everything went very well!! Robert was a huge hit attending the bar, especially with the kids!! I had many comments on how wonderful he is!! Hal was very attentive as Daria and the other waitstaff were, very pleasant.Thank Dougie and Charles for a tasty dinner, dessert was decadent! Great to see so many familiar faces yesterday! Thank you, Rita and Barb for personally checking in with me.

We would like to express our gratitude to you for all of your help, guidance and patience with Tim & I with the planning and execution of our event at the Old Mill Toronto. Our family and all of our guests had a great time at our son Sam’s confirmation celebration. The Humber Room received lots of compliments and so did all the delicious food.

The guests and bride enjoyed Saturday evening at the Drawing room. Captain wilma and her team did a great job and were very helpful and understanding. We loved the food provided on the menu. The cake looked great with the tiers, icing and decorations as per our instructions. Thank you.

We had a wonderful memorial get together on Saturday for my mom. Everything turned out great. My mom and dad used to go dancing at the Old Mill back in the day. That is partly why we chose to have our get together there.

I want to thank you and The Old Mill team so very much for a wonderful event on Sunday! Our family and all of our friends echo my great thanks! Your guidance and patience throughout our planning process was invaluable and most appreciated! I peppered you with so many emails about every aspect of the day and you fielded every question with grace and expertise.The Humber Room was beautifully prepared for my Retirement Party, just as it had been for my parents’ 50th Anniversary, twenty-six years ago. Our Room Captain and the team working with us on Sunday made sure that everything unfolded seamlessly! We were all treated like royalty! Please extend our thanks to all.

And… Did I mention that the food was delicious and plentiful! A huge success all around! I am filled with gratitude to you all. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
