Is there any complimentary arrangement for the bus driver?
Yes, the bus driver will receive a complimentary meal during the tour.
What does the tour experience include?
- A 2-hour immersive experience.
- A 10-minute captivating overview of the property’s history.
- Opportunities to explore the architectural property and breathtaking outdoor spaces, including lush greenery, a serene waterfall, and a tranquil water fountain perfect for pictures.
Are beverages available during the tour?
Yes, wine, liquor, beer, and other beverages will be available for purchase on the day of the tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
- A 50% deposit will be refunded if cancellations are made at least 10 days before the event date.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
When is the final payment due?
The final payment must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled tour date.
What is the deposit policy for booking a tour?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
How many guests are required for a bus tour?
A minimum of 50 guests is required per bus tour.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, service animals with proper documentation are allowed on the premises.
How do you accommodate allergies?
Our menu may contain or come into contact with wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and soy. Old Mill Toronto Hospitality Inc. is not a nut-free facility. While we aim to accommodate mild food allergies and dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fully met as there are no guaranteed precautions we can take to ensure zero cross contamination for severe allergies.
