- 50% deposit at the time of booking
- Final payment required 3 days before the tour date
- Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit will be refunded for cancellations made at least 10 days in advance of event date. Cancellations within 10 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable and non-transferable
