Upon arrival at 21 Old Mill Rd on the scheduled Pick Up Date and Time, please enter the Roundabout Driveway (Chapel Entrance), aiming for the designated pick up time. The driveway operates as a One-Way route, accessible from the West End of Old Mill Rd (near the Subway). Check in with the reception desk upon arrival. Allow approximately 10 minutes for the pickup process, as some time windows may be busier than others
- Upon arrival, follow the instructions of our guides and move your vehicle as directed.
- Check in with the reception desk and share your name and pickup time.
- Return to your vehicle and await a team member. Your ordered items will be placed in your vehicle; simply open the trunk.
Please remember that all Meal packages will be handed to you ‘cold’ and food must be reheated at home.
Reheating instructions will be provided to you at the time of pickup.
