Treat yourself or someone special to an exceptional experience at Old Mill Toronto. Old Mill Toronto gift cards are the perfect gift for any dining occasion that everyone will appreciate receiving. Our Gift Cards are redeemable for all Dining Experiences such as Afternoon Tea or our Classic Sunday Brunch, A La Carte, or any Special Event held in the Dining Room. They cannot be redeemed at the Old Mill Hotel, Canto Restaurant located in the hotel, or the Spa at the Old Mill (located at 9 Old Mill Road). Please ensure you are purchasing for the correct location before proceeding.

Please Note:

Old Mill Toronto Gift Cards can only be used at the Dining Room located at 21 and 35 Old Mill Road. They are NOT valid at the Old Mill Hotel, Canto Restaurant located in the hotel, or the Spa at the Old Mill.

How to Purchase a Gift Card

You can purchase a gift card in several convenient ways:

By Phone: Call our Catering Office at 416-236-2641 to place an order for a virtual card.

In Person: Visit us in person to purchase a physical card — we’d be happy to help!

Terms & Conditions

Your purchase, use or acceptance of an OMT Hospitality Inc. operating as Old Mill Toronto(“Old Mill Toronto”) gift card on or after the date of July 1, 2020 (the “Gift Card” or the “Gift Cards”) constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Gift Cards are only redeemable at Old Mill Toronto Dining Room and banquet event functions. Gift Cards may be presented and redeemed as payment exclusively towards products or services provided by Old Mill Toronto located at the Dining Room and banquet event functions located at 21 Old Mill Road and 35 Old Mill Road.
• Gift Cards can be purchased in-person by visiting the Catering Office, by phone (416-236-2641), by email (info@oldmilltoronto.com), or online. Gift Cards purchased by phone or by email will be e-delivered to the purchaser as opposed to a physical card. To purchase a physical card please come in-person!
• They are NOT valid at the Old Mill Hotel, Canto Restaurant located in the hotel, or the Spa at the Old Mill.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable, not reloadable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The value of purchases made by the cardholder will be deducted from balance on the Gift Cards at the time of redemption until the balance reaches zero. Guest charges in excess of the gift card’s stored value may be settled with cash or major credit card. All sales paid for in whole or in part by way of Gift Cards are final and are non-refundable.
• Remaining balances can be checked at: https://oldmilltoronto.ackroo.net/en/balances
• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
• Terms are subject to change. The use of Gift Cards is subject to these terms and conditions governing its use, which may be amended by Old Mill Toronto from time to time at its discretion.
• Electronic gift cards are not exchangeable for physical gift cards. Gift Cards do not expire and no dormancy fees will be charged.
• Gift Cards have no implied warranties and are not a credit or debit card. Old Mill Toronto makes no warranties, either express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that a Gift Card is non-functional, the sole remedy, and Old Mill Toronto’s sole liability, shall be the replacement of the Gift Card. For activation issues, please return the gift card to the original place of purchase.

Resale of Gift Cards or use for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited.
