our 2nd Annual

Scotch Night

…the Journey

Your Journey begins with a history and an understanding of the process of creating scotch from our Scotch Consultant from Diageo Canada, Kyle Wilkinson. You will then discover what goes into the spirit and how the spirit gets its distinct flavour and character. Each scotch is accompanied by a hand created perfectly paired hors d’oeuvre created by our Restaurant Sous Chef. With each scotch your taste buds will go on a journey from Grain to Farm.

…the Night Cap

Finally, delight in your new-found ability to discover and delineate the complex aromas and flavours of Scotch.
