We’re thrilled to bring back Santa’s Mailbox this year! Send your letters to Santa Claus and receive a personalized reply straight from the North Pole.
Nothing will ever get in the way of Santa bringing joy to children everywhere! Even with the ongoing postal strike, Santa’s Helpers have ensured that every child will still receive their reply from Santa.
Here’s how it works this year:
Drop your letters into Santa’s Mailbox located outside the Chapel Roundabout Entrance at 21 Old Mill Road
🕒 Deadline: Submit by December 15th
Santa’s personalized replies will be ready for pickup:
📅 When: December 20th–24th
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
📍 Where: Chapel Entrance Hostess Reception Desk
Missed the pickup window? Don’t worry! Any unclaimed letters will be mailed, or you can contact us to make alternate arrangements at 416-236-2641 ext. 2.
A Few Friendly Reminders to Keep the Magic Alive:
To ensure that every child receives a personalized response from Santa himself, we kindly request that only individual letters from children be submitted. Due to the high volume of mail, we regret that we are unable to respond to large group submissions from schools or classes. Your cooperation helps us keep this cherished tradition magical and meaningful for all.
