Terrace Room

Terrace Room boasts a bright and sunny atmosphere full of life and splendour. Our floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful 180-degree view of our scenic gardens, water features and 21 West patio. Within the Terrace Room rental you also have access to the Terrace anteroom, ensuring privacy from other diners in the main Dining Room.

Print Lounge

60 maximum seating capacity
If you’re looking for a more luxurious feel with classic historic charm,The Print Lounge is a perfect choice. Containing Tudor style decor and lined with plush red velvet finishes, this room is sure to give you an authentic experience of the Old Mill. Indulge in the ambiance of this room’s romantic lighting and beautiful artwork and create life-lasting memories with us at Old Mill Toronto.

Victoria Room

55 maximum seating capacity
Located above the Dining Room with a view nestled in the tree line, Victoria Room overlooks our 21 West patio. Peer through windows that encase the room to view our gardens and water feature. Five ornate chandeliers accented with crystal will light up your event while you take in the gold accented mirrors, classic floral curtains and exposed wooden beams.

Mill Room

40 maximum seating capacity
Tucked away in a secluded and intimate part of our Dining Room, Mill Room features both interior windows with natural light and a seasonal working fireplace. Offering a neutral and elegant palette of golds, creams and whites with a quaint chandelier, Mill Room offers privacy from other diners while still enjoying the best our Dining Room has to offer.

Entire Dining Room

If you're planning a private event with over 150 guests, consider booking our entire Dining Room for an exclusive experience. This package includes access to the full Dining Room, complete with a spacious dance floor, the elegant Terrace Room, and the stylish Print Lounge. Bridal Brunch in The Terrace Room

My family hosted a bridal shower for me in the Terrace Room at the Old Mill for their buffet brunch. The entire process was seamless and my shower was beautiful! I am so glad we went with The Old Mill. It was gorgeous!

The manager and staff were accommodating and flexible. They cleared dishes quickly and were always around to top off coffee/tea/drinks. The guests were all very happy and commented about the great service and beautiful scenery. There was a large selection of food at the buffet and staff were happy to make dietary accommodations for those who required them. The Old Mill met and exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend it!

FAQs

How do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

Our menu may contain or come into contact with common allergens. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, please note that Old Mill Toronto Hospitality Inc. is not a nut-free facility. Our Chef can prepare special meals to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please prearrange these needs with your representative.

Are private events available on the 21 West Patio?

No, the 21 West Patio is not available for private events. Private events can be booked for the entire Dining Room, the Terrace Room, or the Print Room. Full Dining Room buyouts include our whole Dining Room, dance floor, Terrace Room, and The Print Lounge.

Can we use our own decorations?

Yes, you can provide and set up your own decorations. Please work with your Representative to include the appropriate amount of set-up time on the day-of. Certain décor items like confetti and sparklers are not permitted.

What is the seating arrangement like?

Each private room has a maximum capacity. The more guests you add to your room, the fewer options you have to customize seating within the room. Specific seating locations within the Dining Room (specific rooms/tables/locations) cannot be guaranteed.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No, outside alcohol is prohibited.

Can we bring our own cake?

Yes. A cake cutting fee applies, and the cake should be delivered on the day of your event.

Can we order a cake through your Pastry team?

Absolutely! Our talented Pastry team can bake the cake of your dreams. Please contact your Representative for details.

Do you have on-site accommodation?

AV Canada is our on-site provider of AV equipment. Your Catering Representative can schedule an appointment to review your needs. Vendors must supply their own extension cords and other necessary items.

Do you allow outside food and catering on the premises?

No, all catering must be provided by Old Mill Toronto.

What are the prices and taxes?

Prices exclude tax and service charge. All prices are subject to change during peak seasons and holidays.

Is there a minimum guest amount for Private Dining Room events?

No, we do not require a minimum number of guests to book a private space. However, a private booking is required if guest counts exceed 30 for Buffet or A la carte, and 15 for Afternoon Tea.

Do I have to leave a deposit to book a room?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure a date and room. This deposit will be applied to your final food and beverage bill. Rooms are secured on a first come, first serve basis, and all room rental fees are non-refundable.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, service animals with proper documentation are allowed on the premises.

Do you accommodate guests with disabilities?

Yes, we accommodate guests with disabilities. In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), we are committed to improving access and opportunities for people with disabilities. Is parking available?

Off-site self-serve parking is available nearby at 20 Old Mill Rd. Rates are $2.00/hour, with a maximum daily rate of $12.00. This is a third party parking lot.  Old Mill Toronto is not responsible for any damage or theft.

Where is the Dining Room entrance?

The Dining Room entrance is located at Old Mill Toronto, 21 Old Mill Road, Toronto, Ontario M8X 1G5. Look for the Big Red Heart ♥️.

Is gratuity included for groups or parties?

For groups/parties of 10 or more persons, a minimum 15% gratuity will apply. Only one bill will be presented to groups/parties of 10 or more.

What is the cancellation policy?

If a reservation is cancelled, not attended or changed within 48 hours of the booked seating time, a $10 cancellation fee will be charged per guest to the credit card on file. Cancellations can be made by calling the Dining Room at 416-207-2020 or through OpenTable.
