Do you have a waiting list for cancellations?
Yes, we have a waiting list for cancellations. Please email us or call 416-207-2020 to reserve a spot on the waiting list for a sold-out event.
What is the pricing structure for entertainment events?
Entertainment Charge: Prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Charged at the time of booking.
- Minimum Spend: $30 minimum spend on food and/or beverages per person.
- Taxes and Service Charge: Prices exclude tax and service charge and may change during peak seasons.
- Pricing Varies: Prices vary for different events. Please check the event page for specific prices. Jazz Lounge ticket prices differ from Dining & Dancing tickets, etc.
What are the event timings?
Doors open at 6:00 PM for all entertainment events. The timing of entertainment differs; please refer to the event page for specific times.
Are there age restrictions for entertainment events?
Yes, all entertainment events (Jazz Lounge, Dining & Dancing Series, and Thursday Dinner Series) are 19+. All guests must be 19 years of age or older to attend.
What is the seating arrangement like for Entertainment events?
Seating is in a dining room setup, not traditional theatre-style. Some seats may face away from the stage to comfortably enjoy your meal. The seating arrangement is fixed for the entire night, so guests will not change seats after dinner.
For our Saturday Dinner and Dancing series, you may select from three seating tiers. Prices vary as do seating locations. Please check here for more information.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, service animals with proper documentation are allowed on the premises.
Do you accommodate guests with disabilities?
Yes, we accommodate guests with disabilities. In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), we are committed to improving access and opportunities for people with disabilities. What is the public transportation option?
We are conveniently located minutes from the Old Mill Subway station on the Bloor Line. We are a short and scenic two-minute walk down Old Mill Road.
Is parking available?
Off-site self-serve parking is available nearby at 20 Old Mill Rd. Rates are $2.00/hour, with a maximum daily rate of $12.00. This is a third party parking lot. Old Mill Toronto is not responsible for any damage or theft.
Where is the Dining Room entrance?
The Dining Room entrance is located at Old Mill Toronto, 21 Old Mill Road, Toronto, Ontario M8X 1G5. Look for the Big Red Heart ♥️.
How do you accommodate allergies?
Our menu may contain or come into contact with wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and soy. Old Mill Toronto Hospitality Inc. is not a nut-free facility. While we aim to accommodate mild food allergies and dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fully met as there are no guaranteed precautions we can take to ensure zero cross contamination for severe allergies. Please let us know any mild allergies or dietary restrictions, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Is gratuity included for groups or parties?
For groups/parties of 10 or more persons, a minimum 15% gratuity will apply. Only one bill will be presented to groups/parties of 10 or more.
What is the reservation policy?
A credit card is required to secure all reservations.
Are menus subject to change?
Yes, we change our menus seasonally and we also offer special occasion menus. All of our menus can be found online. You may also subscribe to our weekly email newsletter and get the latest information that way.
