Dear Holiday Magic Attendees,

On November 20th, the Provincial Government announced that the Toronto and Peel regions will enter lockdown status effective Monday November 23rd at 12:01am. This lockdown includes but is not limited to outdoor gatherings being limited to 10 people, as well as the mandated closure of outdoor dining and patios.

Holiday Magic Market by Old Mill Toronto was designed as a safe outdoor market experience that complied with the previous Public Health Guidelines. With the new lockdown restrictions, our Market cannot open as planned.

Our team has worked tirelessly to bring the vision of the Holiday Magic Market to life, and as a result we will postpone the market to the new year (contingent on Public Health) so that guests may experience it in the way it was intended. All tickets purchased for the original market dates will be honoured with our new dates in the new year. Existing ticket holders will be given first opportunity to rebook tickets when new dates are confirmed. Stay tuned for new dates on our website and various social media channels. If you are unable to attend the new market dates in the New Year, our refund policy remains and is stated on our website.

Although our Market will not be open prior to Christmas, Santa has dropped off his magical mailbox for you to leave your Letters to Santa starting November 25th. Santa’s Mailbox is located at the Roundabout Driveway on 21 Old Mill Road, also known as our Chapel Entrance with the 3 flags on the front lawn. Letters dropped off by December 17th that have a return address, will receive a personal reply from Santa himself.

While you drop off a letter for Santa, please know that we will be collecting non-perishable food items for the Daily Bread Food Bank (most needed items are listed on our website). A donation bin will be adjacent to the magical mailbox all December long.

We thank you for your ongoing support and trust, and we look forward to seeing you in the near future.

We wish you a safe and Happy Holiday,

Your OMT Team
