Accomplished vocalist JULIANN KUCHOCKI sings in four languages and performs all genres of music including jazz, blues, r&b, funk, soul, disco, rock, and country.   Parallel to her thriving performing career, she is the founding owner of the important South Coast Jazz Festival, which she produces annually in beautiful Port Dover and other venues in Ontario’s Norfolk County.   She has more than two decades experience in Music, Television, Film, and Stage.
Since the release of her North American debut full length album Don’t Explain in April 2010, Juliann has made record deals in four countries, won Best New Artist Original Jazz Music in the Barrie Music Festival and opened for the first ever jazz festival during Canadian Music Week.  She has reached the top 1-10 spots all over North America, and has airplay on more than 220 radio stations across the continent.
Her newest release (2017) A Good Jazz Collection, her originals album Broken Compass, Blue Girl Green,  and 2010 release Don’t Explain showcase her innate gifts and versatility. They are a celebration of a life’s journey that has been by turns exciting and glamorous, yet also challenging.  Her passion for music and sharing creative energy  radiates from every stage on which she performs. Her musical voice has been shaped by over 25 years of diverse experience as a vocalist, actress, director, producer, dancer and choreographer.
She has headlined the Mont Tremblant Jazz Festival, performed at the Celebrate Toronto Festival, TD Toronto Jazz Festival, Port Credit Street Festival, toured with Cats in Germany, Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamboat across North America, Beauty & the Beast in Japan, and  performed at countless more festivals and events around the world.  Film & TV credits include: the long-running Canadian drama DaVinci’s Inquest, First Wave, The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio with Woody Harrelson, Julianne Moore, and Laura Dern, and Martin & Lewis with Sean Hayes.

This evening’s singing star JULIANN KUCHOCKI features jazz masters ERIC ST-LAURENT on guitar and SCOTT METCALF on piano, entertaining in the up-close-and-personal ambience of the Home Smith Bar.
