Multiple award winner DEBBIE FLEMING has long enjoyed a successful career as one of Toronto’s busiest session singers.  She has sung hundreds of commercial jingles; added her voice to backup vocals with everyone from Anne Murray, David Clayton Thomas, and Engelbert Humperdink, to Alan Jackson and Petula Clark.  She was the go-to girl for TV shows in the ’80s including The Ronnie Prophet Show, the Tommy Hunter Show, Stars on Ice, Circus, The Junos, and Sesame Street.

Debbie is also an accomplished songwriter, guitarist, and ukulele player, as well as  a noted vocal and instrumental arranger, who arranges songs regularly for Toronto trio The Ault Sisters, and for her own acappella quartet the Hampton Avenue 4, with whom she performs. She has released and produced many recordings, her latest, “Full Circle: Back to Bacharach” (2016), which is a tribute CD consisting of all songs by Burt Bacharach and Hal David, one of the most prolific writing teams of the 20th Century.  This recording continues to receive accolades and air-play across Canada.

This evening’s singing star DEBBIE FLEMING features DAVID RESTIVO on piano, ROSS MacINTYRE on bass, and COLLEEN ALLEN on saxophone, entertaining in the up-close-and-personal ambience of the Home Smith Bar.
