To our loyal Old Mill Toronto Customers and Guests,

At this most critical time for the containment of COVID-19. OMT is taking proactive steps and precautionary measures to reduce the risk of spread and we appreciate all the support we have received from our Customers, Vendors and Suppliers.

With heavy hearts Old Mill Toronto has temporarily closed our Dining Room and Banquet Facility until March 31, 2020 to do our part in mitigating the spread of COVID-19.  This closure will remain in place until such time that Public Health Ontario (PHO) provides us with new instructions.  When it is safe to re-open, we will be here welcoming you with a big smile.

For those customers who have bookings with us over the next few weeks, our team will be in touch to assist in finding a future date to join us.

Old Mill Toronto has been in business for 106 years.  We are part of your community and we are grateful for the trust that our customers, guests and employees have placed in us for decades.  We will be ready to welcome you back when we get the all-clear. Old Mill Toronto – Hotel COVID-19 statement:

To our Home Smith Bar and Old Mill Toronto Hotel Guests,

Considering recent developments with COVID-19 and the importance of social distancing, The Home Smith Bar has suspended operations until further guidance is provided by Canadian Public Health Officials.

While the hotel has not been mandated to close, in effort to combat this global pandemic, we will be closing the hotel effective March 23rd, 2020 until further notice. Our phone lines will remain open 24 hours a day should you wish to book future reservations or make modifications to any existing reservations. If we have higher than normal call volume, please leave a message and we will get back to you.

The Spa at the Old Mill COVID-19 statement:

Dear Valued Clients,

Due to the growing health concerns surrounding COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to suspend spa services at The Spa at The Old Mill effective today until at least April 14th. The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and clients is paramount to us and we are committed to doing our part by helping mitigate the spread of the virus. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow any guidance provided by Canadian Public Health officials.

All appointments between Tuesday, March 17th and Tuesday, April 14th have been cancelled. If you have booked an appointment on April 15th or after we will hold your appointment for the time being. As the situation is changing rapidly, we will continue to monitor and acknowledge that a longer term closure may be necessary. We will follow up directly if appointments need to be rescheduled and will be available to answer any questions and facilitate retail sales by calling 416-232-3701.

We value your support during this time and look forward to welcoming you back to The Spa at The Old Mill very soon. In the meantime, we encourage you to do your part. Stay home if you can and take care of yourselves and your families. It’s now more important than ever that we look out for each other and keep our communities safe.
