This traditional Italian pasta dish can be prepared in less than 30 minutes. It goes great with crusty bread or as a side dish with your favourite chicken, and a glass of wine!

500 grams of Spaghetti Pasta
1/2 cup of Olive Oil
3 cloves Minced Garlic
1 tsp red pepper Chilli Flakes
1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
Kosher Salt to taste
1/2 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan
Plus a little extra Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top for serving.

Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta as directed on package until firm-tender. In a large skillet over low heat saute garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes with the olive oil, season with ample salt. Cook stirring often until the garlic is light brown (about 6-8 minutes). Transfer the drained pasta to a large serving bowl; toss with the olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes, parsley and parmesan; toss well to combine. Serve warm.
