In less than 30 minutes you can prepare this delicious, traditional Italian pasta dish to impress your family dinner. Goes great with crusty bread and wine!

500 grams of Spaghetti Pasta
1/2 cup of Olive Oil
3 cloves Minced Garlic
1 tsp red pepper Chilli Flakes
1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
Kosher Salt to taste
1/2 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan
Plus a little extra Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top for serving.

Bring about 5 quarts of water to a boil with 3 teaspoons salt; add in the spaghetti and cook only until firm-tender. In a large skillet over low heat saute garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes with olive oil, season with ample salt. Cook stirring often until the garlic is light brown (about 6-8 minutes). Transfer the drained pasta to a large serving bowl; toss with the olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes,parsley and parmesan; toss well to combine. Serve warm.
