Thursday, Friday 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

To reserve an appointment, a valid credit card will be necessary at the time of booking. Due to the demand of The Spa, we ask all Guests respect our 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a full charge for all services booked. Guests receiving three or more services are to give 48 hours cancellation notice. Applicable taxes to be added to all Spa Treatments and Packages. Gratuities welcomed.

The use of cell phones or pagers are strictly prohibited to respect other Spa Guests. Prices subject to change without notice.

Reservations
A credit card or an Old Mill Toronto Spa gift card number is required to reserve your appointment. To cancel or reschedule an a la carte appointment we require 24 hours notice. Canceling multiple services requires 48 hours notice or 72 hours notice for group bookings. If proper notice is not provided, 100% charge will be applied.
