Executive Chef Martin Buehner features traditional Carved Roast Beef and Baked Bone-in Ham, an array of seafood specialties, mosaics of domestic & international cheeses, and a cornucopia of flavor abundant salads. Delicious pasta, chicken & fish dishes, as well as favorites including pork loin, and lamb complemented by potatoes, rice pilaf, and garden fresh medley of vegetables. Decadent cakes, tortes, mousses, pastries & other sweet temptations to complete your Family Day celebration. Kids enjoy yummy chicken fingers and fries. This and much, much more.
