Easter Eggstravaganza Buffet & Sweet Table!
Executive Chef Martin Buehner features traditional favourites of carved Easter delicacies, an array of seafood specialties, mosaics of domestic and international cheeses and a cornucopia of flavour abundant salads. Delicious vegetarian Lasagna, creamy chicken marsala, lemon dill atlantic salmon, as well as favourites including prosciutto spinach and provolone stuffed pork tenderloin with sage sauce, grilled lamb chops with minted demi-glace (brunch) baked pineapple and cherry ham (dinner), and emince of beef tenderloin tips teriyaki style complemented by potatoes, rice pilaf, and medley of vegetables.
Decadent cakes, tortes, mousses, pastries and a chocolate fountain accompanied with select fruits and sweets to complete your Easter celebration. Kids enjoy yummy fingers and fries. This and much much more. Word has it there will be a visit from the Easter Bunny!
